Conference Booking

Welcome to the 2011 ILADS Lyme disease Conference online booking system.

The online booking system enables you to reserve a space at the 2011 ILADS Lyme disease Conference. You can choose to either register and pay online or register and send your payment to: ILADS PO Box 341461 Bethesda, MD 20827-1461. Email conf@ilads.org or call 301 263 1080 if you have any questions. .

Your reserved space is complete after you have clicked on CONFIRM. You will receive a confirmation email after you complete the registration process. Once you have completed the registration process, you can then choose to pay online or send your payment in.

If you choose to pay online, you will also receive an invoice immediately. If you choose to send a payment by mail, your reservation will be held for 2 weeks. Once payment is received, your account will be updated to reflect that payment.

If your payment is not received within 2 weeks, then the booking will not be held open. You can view your payment status by clicking on Check Status below and log in with your User ID and email address. [Your User ID will be sent to you after you complete the reservation process.] Please allow 48 hours for your payment status to be updated after an online payment.

If you are making more than one reservation, you will have to go through this process for each reservation. Please complete all reservations before paying online.
