ILADS sponsored its first ever International Lyme Fundamentals Course February 6-7, 2015 at the Banff Centre, Banff Alberta Canada. With over 100 delegates and exhibitors, the meeting was an unqualified success. ILADS members President Daniel Cameron, MD; Tom Moorcroft, DO; and Aparna Taylor, ND gave stimulating presentations about the initial diagnosis and treatment of chronic Lyme disease. Participants came from all over Canada and the United States, including Alaska. Delegates had the opportunity to network and share clinical experiences. ILADS is indebted to the University of Alberta Edmonton team of the Felix and Janet Sterling, tick researchers, as well as the many volunteers of Alberta Lyme. Jim Wilson of CanadaLyme sponsored the registration of approximately 20 Canadian doctors. All in all it was a wonderful international event.
