Welcome ILADS Potential Exhibitors
We are pleased to announce that the 2011 International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society Annual Scientific Session will be held on Friday October 28 through Sunday October 30, 2011 at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, Ont. Canada. Yes, you will need a passport. It will lead to a passport of opportunity for a whole new region of potential sales.
This meeting is unique in that it represents the only scientific society whose multidisciplinary membership has a particular interest in diagnosing and treating Lyme and tick borne diseases.
The goal of the conference is to foster collaboration and dialogue between Lyme disease researchers and those who care and advocate for Lyme disease patients in a variety of settings. The conference will provide updates in clinical knowledge and treatment techniques. Innovations in care will be addressed in plenary sessions and workshops.
Exhibitors are welcome. We hope you will reserve early. Table top exhibit space will be 6 feet by 30 inches. The hotel will provide two chairs, clean linen table clothes. Electricity must be prearranged with the hotel. Booth choice will be based on date of payment in full.
The exhibit fee is $3000. This includes registration for two company representatives and all corresponding food functions. Exhibitors may attend the scientific session as part of their registration fee. Charge for additional representatives is $300 each.
The exhibit area will be open from 8am-5pm, Friday, Saturday and until noon Sunday. We have found that exhibitors who arrive early each morning have a lot of activity before hours. Typically the exhibits are set up in the hall by the registration area just outside the plenary session room.
We will be serving continental breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the exhibit area. All coffee breaks will also occur in the exhibit space.
In addition to the exhibit fee, exhibitors and others will have various sponsorship opportunities: functions such as coffee breaks, luncheons, web access for patients, advertisements in the compendium, and underwriting the taping of the meeting. We will be putting exhibitor information up on the members’ only section of our web site before the meeting. So, as soon as you pay for a booth, you will be eligible to submit your company profile which will appear both on our site and in the meeting program.
