The International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) in partnership with PA Lyme Resource Network invites healthcare professionals to join us for a two-day conference covering the latest clinical treatments and research updates for Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses. Programming begins Saturday morning at 8 AM and concludes on Sunday at noon. A reception and dinner will take place Saturday evening at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel.

Our program will include:

  • Introduction to diagnosing and treating vector-borne diseases
  • Case discussions with experts
  • Advanced topics in clinical treatments such as PANS/PANDAS, Mold toxicity, MCAS, supportive natural therapies and more.
  • Exhibitors showcasing medical services
  • CME credit available

The conference is open to healthcare professionals. Students enrolled in a medical degree program and PhD candidates conducting Lyme-related research are also eligible to attend and qualify for discounted rates. Email conference@ilads.org for more information.

Reception and Dinner with Keynote Speaker Kenneth Liegner, MD
Join us Saturday evening for a special reception and dinner at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown with keynote speaker Dr. Kenneth Liegner. The dinner is included with your conference registration fee. Guest tickets are also available for purchase for an additional fee.

Programming will take place at Drexel University's Geary Auditorium located at New College Building, 245 N. 15th St., Philadelphia. A room block for conference attendees is available at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, approximately two blocks from the University. The dinner program with keynote speaker Kenneth Liegner, MD will take place at the Sheraton on Saturday night.

Registration fee includes all programming, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Saturday and CME credit. Student registration fee does not include dinner on Saturday.

**Student Pricing
Discounted rates are available to students enrolled in a medical degree program or PhD candidates conducting Lyme-related research. Proof of enrollment required. Dinner is not included in the student rate but tickets are available for purchase separately. Email conference@ilads.org for details.

Financial Assistance
Grants are available to healthcare professionals to help cover registration fees. To apply, please complete the grant application form.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation.

Refunds of registration fees will be as follows:

  • If requested within 24 hours of your payment, 100% of the registration fees paid will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee.
  • If requested on or before May 15, 2025, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.
  • NO refunds will be issued on requests received after May 15, 2025.
  • Refunds will NOT be provided to registrants who are “no shows,” whether due to weather or otherwise.
    Requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to conference@ilads.org.
  • The amount of the refund will be credited back to you using the method of payment that you used to register for the Conference. You will bear the cost of any bank charge, vendor fee, and other transaction fee for any refund made by a method of payment other than credit card.
  • No refunds will be given on any additional fees or discounts applied to your Conference registration fee or other service fees.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
    Refunds may take up to 20 days to process after a refund is approved.
