Mailing List Rentals

ILADS grants permission to outside organizations, institutions, or individuals to use its mailing list (mail and email) for the purpose of mailing catalogs, flyers, announcements, etc., which are of a professional interest to those on the list. Such permission is for rental only. The lists are not sold, and they may not be duplicated.

1. Postal Mail Addresses

ILADS makes the mailing list of its membership available to organizations with products or messages of interest to
members. A mailing list will be provided in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.

2. Email Addresses

ILADS will distribute email messages to its members on behalf of qualified purchasers. ILADS does not directly
provide the email addresses. Qualified purchasers must submit the complete email in HTML format to ILADS. ILADS
will send the email out using its own email service. ILADS reserves the right to decline email advertising based on
advertising content or the frequency of email distribution requests.

Terms and conditions:

  • The list may not be used for fundraising or solicitations ILADS considers unacceptable.
  • ILADS requires pre-approval of all items to be mailed and is the sole judge of the suitability of materials for the intended recipients on the mailing list.
  • ILADS reserves the right to deny requests where the purpose or use may not be considered in the bestinterests of ILADS or the intended recipients.
  • Use of the labels for a mailing other than the one provided to ILADS will jeopardize an advertiser's opportunity to rent labels in the future.
  • ILADS lists are rented for one-time, one-mailing use only. ILADS actively defends against misuse.
  • Prepayment is required.
  • Members can opt-out of mailing and email label rentals.
  • Email list rentals: ILADS will send an email out on an advertiser’s behalf. Email addresses are not provided directly to the advertiser. The full HTML of the email message should be sent to ILADS for distribution through ILADS's email service.
  • Rental of the ILADS mailing lists to vendors and outside entities does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the product or service being marketed.

Fees

  • Full Member List - Email or Print (US and international): $750
  • Non-Member Constituent List* (US Only): $1,000 (Email only)

*Includes patients, advocates, Non-ILADS member clinicians, others with interest in complex chronic illness.
